Who We Are
Yoga Seva Sangh is a non-profit organization dedicated to making holistic wellness accessible to everyone. We offer free virtual yoga, fitness, and mindfulness sessions that go beyond traditional practice — combining breathwork, strength training, and anatomy-based guidance in a warm, welcoming community.
Whether you're 15 or 65, a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, there's a place for you here.
